With more than 20 years of leadership experience in pulp & paper and related sectors, founder John Strunk understands first‑hand the technical demands and cultural nuances of heavy industry. As a seasoned engineer and manager with a BS in Paper Science & Chemical Engineering, he built Windermere Executive Search & Recruitment to bridge the gap between exceptional talent and the companies that power America’s essential industries
